If you are not 100% pleased with any item in your order, simply return merchandise to us at the address on the packing slip. We cheerfully refund returns of merchandise received within 15 working days of order in new condition. We're sorry, but postage on returns is non-refundable.

We are happy to accommodate military families with APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. Customs charges and increased shipping costs have made it impractical for us to ship outside the US otherwise.
